Meet Rikki-Lee

I’ve always believed that business is about people—building trust, connecting authentically, and nurturing relationships.

Over the years, I’ve loved working as a virtual assistant in the Allied Health space. It’s a field I’m deeply connected to, not just professionally but personally. As a mum to three, including a child with neurodivergent needs, I’ve experienced firsthand the incredible impact that Allied Health professionals have—whether it’s through speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health support, or dietetics. I know how life-changing your work is, and I care deeply about helping you amplify that impact.

Supporting professionals in this field isn’t just a job for me; it’s something I believe in.

I understand the challenges of running a business while staying focused on the work that really matters—helping people. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help bring order, clarity, and calm to the chaos. To make things run smoother, simpler, and more strategic, so you have more space to do what you do best.

A bit more about me…

I’m based in South Australia and recently relocated to a semi-rural town, where my family and I are breathing new life into a 100-year-old home. It’s a labor of love, and while it’s a lot of work, it’s also incredibly rewarding.

I’m married with three young children, so I completely understand how chaotic life can get! This is exactly why I started The Organised VA—to create the flexibility to balance work and family life, be present for my kids, and savor all the little moments while they’re still young.

As a family, we love spending time outdoors—hiking, bushwalking, riding bikes, or heading to the beach (although, with young kids, it’s rarely the relaxing day you imagine!).

I love cooking (but not baking!) and these days I’ve got a few tiny hands joining me in the kitchen.

We’re always up for mini adventures around Australia. Having lived in some incredible places across SA, QLD, VIC, and NSW, we’ve made so many great memories. My favorite family holiday so far? Exploring Moreton Island in Queensland by 4WD—it was unforgettable!

Life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s this balance of family, adventure, and passion that inspires everything I do, including supporting amazing professionals like you.
